I ordered my rice cooker, and received in 4 days to Australia. Very fast delivery. Customer service answered my questions very quick and in detail.
Above all the rice cooker is brilliant, I tried to cook in different choices and all taste much better than my old one.
Although this rice cooker is not cheap but it definitely worth the money spent. If I ever need another one, Zojirushi is what I will buy.
